Rolling Oaks Memorial Center/Restland Coppell Chapel
Rolling Oaks Memorial Center, 400 S. Freeport Parkway, along with Restland Coppell Chapel and Transplant Services Center/UT Southwestern Medical Center will honor donor families and recipients on Saturday, July 21, at 11 a.m. with a special service and butterfly release.
Statistics say that the organs from one donor can save 6-8 lives and the tissue can save or help more than 50 additional lives. Following the service, attendees can enjoy a hot dog picnic lunch, courtesy of Restland Coppell Chapel, and learn more about the importance of organ donation and donor opportunities. The public is invited to attend.
