Metrocrest Social Services provides short-term, emergency assistance to improve life situations. Services provided to Coppell residents include short-term emergency assistance (rental assistance, utilities assistance, food, clothing, prescriptions, gas vouchers, bus passes), employment assistance (job leads, interviewing skills, resume skills, information and referral), seasonal programs (school supplies/shoes, Thanksgiving food program, Holiday gift/food program) Volunteer Opportunities (Food Pantry, administrative, seasonal programs).

The Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County serves child victims of sexual abuse or severe physical abuse and their non-offending family members. The agency provides free counseling and support services to the children and their non-offending family members. The Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County serves all Coppell residents regardless in which county they reside or their income levels. All services are free.

The Family Place-Metrocrest Office provides free individual and group counseling to victims of domestic violence and their children who live in Coppell. In addition FPM also offers a Bullyproof program, S.T.A.R.T.- teen dating violence leadership program and a Sexual Assault Prevention program.

LaunchAbility, is a nonprofit agency that is the designated Early Childhood
Intervention (ECI) service provider for Coppell residents. ECI is part of a federally mandated, statewide initiative providing therapies and other services to babies and toddlers, birth to age three, exhibiting any type of delay or disability. Eligible children have conditions such as autism, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, impaired vision, speech difficulties, fine motor skill delays, and hearing difficulties.

When a family is hungry, tired and has no place to go, it is hard for them to help themselves. Services include fulfilling the immediate crucial needs for families requiring assistance due to loss of job, or loss of property. CCA also offers adult health services, affordable daycare, a food pantry, spiritual programs and counseling, educational and vocational training, and much more.

Senior Adult Services is a non-profit organization committed to caring for seniors as they face either short or long term changes in abilities caused by illness or age. Supportive services such as home delivered meals, home modifications and transportation help seniors live independently. Caregivers of seniors receive information, education, consultations and support to enhance their ability to meet the needs of aging loved ones.
Metrocrest Community Clinic
Metrocrest Community Clinic is a 501(c)(3) charitable medical clinic providing low cost medical care for the uninsured or underinsured members of the community. The clinic has been in operation since 1992 and is staffed by a full time medical doctor specializing in internal medicine, an experienced registered nurse who serves as the Clinical Director. A multilingual office manager coordinates patient care. Patients are seen by appointment only. Appointments are available for day, evening and weekend visits.
