The Streets Division provides services to repair broken or settled sidewalks. To report damaged sidewalks, call the Street Division Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 972-462-5150.

You may also report damage electronically by using this "Request for Service" link.

• Sidewalks that are considered dangerous to pedestrians will be temporarily repaired as soon as possible, and the sidewalk in question will be inspected, prioritized according to hazardous condition and placed on the "Sidewalk Replacement List"  (click to view most recently updated list).
• The repair will be made as the Street Division's budget and schedule allows, according to the priority assigned to that location.
• Please be advised that property owners are responsible for maintaining the section of sidewalk leading up to their homes or businesses from the street or parking lot.
