City Desk Water Bill Insert

The City Desk newsletter is inserted into customer water bills every month. Stories center around municipal news designed to educate, inform and promote ordinances, rules, events and activities. The 2010 Communications Awareness Survey reported that 79% of the voters surveyed found the City Desk to be a useful information tool produced by the City. More than 14,000 pieces are delivered each month. Readers can learn about the topic at hand, and then visit the City's website or call the department to find out more of the details.
