• Works to continually improve the image of Coppell
• Handles media relations for the City
• Produces City Desk water bill insert
• Produces Coppell Community News (CCN) and Town Hall on tw telecom Channel 16 and Verizon FiOS Channel 32. View schedule. 
• Responsible for programming of Government Cable Access Channel - CiTV
• Designates use of city logo
• Coordinates information for CLINK, the City's 24-hour automated phone line, CiTV government access cable channel bulletin board, and the City's website
• Produces and distributes brochures and pamphlets about City projects, programs, activities and events
• Responsible for the coordination of the City's website
