How to Register to Vote

To vote in any election, (including municipal elections), residents must be registered to vote in the precinct where they reside.  In order to register to vote you must be a U.S. citizen and 18 years of age. The application must be received in the voter registrar’s office or postmarked 30 days before an election for you to be eligible to vote in that election. 

If you are a resident of the City of Coppell, you can pick up a Voter Registration Application at Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard or the William T. Cozby Public Library, 177 N. Heartz Road and mail the card to the appropriate county office.  You may also go to the Secretary of State website and print an application, which can then be mailed to the appropriate county. 
 

Please note that the Coppell Greens Subdivision and The Villas at Lake Vista are located in Denton County.
