GIS Mapping
The City of Coppell Engineering Department has implemented a Geographic Information System (GIS) that is a public resource of general information. All data, specifically including the geographic and tabular data herein are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
The user assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the data. No representation or guarantees of accuracy are granted or made by the City of Coppell, nor is any responsibility for reliance thereon assumed. I understand and agree with the above statement:

The Engineering Department also has available for purchase various sizes of city street maps, subdivision maps, zoning maps, base maps and supporting information for existing subdivisions and developments. Subdivision plats within the city limits are also available in 24" x 36" sheets. The maps are available at a cost of $5 / per 24" x 36" sheet. Special maps can be created on a case-by-case basis with the cost dependent on the amount of time involved.

This is a Generalized Future Land Use Map for Information only. All site-specific questions regarding exact boundaries and allowable uses may be directed to the Planning Department at 972-304-3678.

Subdivision Map
This is a Generalized Subdivision Map for quick reference only. All specific questions regarding past and current subdivisions may be directed to the Planning Department at 972-304-3678. A copy of a specific subdivision plat showing exact dimensions and boundaries is also available in the Planning Department for $5.00.

This is a Generalized Zoning Map for Information only. All site-specific questions regarding exact boundaries and allowable uses may be directed to the Planning Department at 972-304-3678.
