The Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of athletic programs throughout the year for all ages and skill levels. Our popular summer youth programs, in conjunction with T.A.A.F., allows youngsters to practice and compete in sports like swimming, tennis, and track & field for an opportunity to travel to the state T.A.A.F. The Coppell Youth Associations offer leagues in baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, and football. Please see the list below to find information on registration, rules, schedules and standings. GENERAL LEAGUE INFORMATIONInclement Weather Information – In case of inclement weather please call C-Link at (972) 304-3542, code #585. Please call after 4:00 p.m. for any field or gym-closing information. For weekend games please call one hour before start of scheduled game time for information concerning possible delays or cancellations. Registration – Interested players and team managers may download league information and rules by clicking on the link above for sport interested in or you may pick a packet up at the Coppell Service Center or the Aquatic and Recreation Center. All registration fees and registration forms must be turned in to the Parks and Recreation Department by the sports deadline before they will be considered in the league. Teams and individual registration may be done at the following locations:
League Rosters – Teams registering are required to complete a Team Roster/Waiver with players’ names, addresses, and signatures (youth – parent/guardian’s signature). All rosters are due prior to first scheduled game. |
