Reservations
- Reservations may be made up to 3 days in advance for members and 2 days in advance for non-members
- All reservations are allowed a 90 minute maximum
- We will hold all reservations for up to 15 minutes before canceling
- Immediately after your reservation has ended please pick up your child to avoid being paged and penalized
- Drop-In's are welcome if there is room available
Wellness Policy
For a happy and healthy environment please be considerate of other parents and children and do not bring children with fevers, diarrhea, and green runny noses.
All toys are sanitized daily to prevent germs from spreading. Thank you for cooperating with our policies.
Reminders
- You may be asked to present your membership card or picture ID when dropping off and picking up your child(ren)
- Children must wear shoes at all times. This includes children who are crawling and beginning to walk
- Parents and/or guardians may remain in the recreation facility, use the outside track, or visit the Tennis Center. If using the outside track or Tennis Center you must notify childcare staff at check-in. A cell phone number must be left on the sign-in sheet in case of emergency
- There is absolutely no food allowed in the Sunshine Room. Bottles and juice cups labeled with your child's name are allowed
- Handheld video games may be brought in for older children, at your own risk
- Staff will change diapers for children up to 3 years of age. Parents will be notified if a diaper for a child 3 or older needs to be changed
