Provides year-round support to Coppell seniors. Services include: Home delivered meals, minor home repairs such as grab bars and wheelchair ramps, community and governmental information and resources, medical equipment loans (available to persons of all ages), transportation to the doctor and other appointments, and Vials of Life, medical information necessary for care provided by emergency responders. Located in the Gravley Center.

Offers low cost treatment for minor medical problems to children and adults less than 65 years of age who otherwise would be unable to obtain medical care and have no insurance. Clinic  available Tues., Wed., and Thurs. evenings (6:30 to 8:30 p.m.).  Call 972-484-8444 between the hours of 10 a.m. and noon to schedule an evening appointment for the night clinic. No walks-ins. Fee is $5 per visit.

Metrocrest Social Services provides short-term, emergency assistance to improve life situations of residents in Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Coppell, Addison and ZIP code 75287 in Denton County. Services provided to Coppell residents include: Short-term, emergency assistance (i.e., rental assistance, utilities assistance, food, clothing, prescriptions, gas vouchers, bus passes), employment assistance (i.e., job leads, interviewing skills, resume skills, information and referral), seasonal programs (i.e., school supplies/shoes, Thanksgiving food program, Holiday gift/food program) Volunteer Opportunities (i.e., Food Pantry, administrative, seasonal  programs). Located in the Gravley Center.

The Children's Advocacy Center for Denton County serves child victims of sexual abuse or severe physical abuse and their non-offending family members.  The Advocacy Center works closely with Child Protective Services, local police departments (including Coppell P.D.), the District Attorney's Office, and sexual assault nurse examiners on the investigation and prosecution of severe child abuse cases. The agency provides free counseling and support services to the children and their non-offending family members.  The Children's Advocacy Center for Denton County serves all Coppell residents regardless inwhich county they reside or their income levels. All services are free.

The Family Place-Metrocrest Office provides free inpidual and group counseling to victims of domestic violence and their children who live in Coppell. In addition FPM also offers a  Bullyproof program, S.T.A.R.T.- teen dating violence leadership program and a Sexual Assault Prevention program.

Special Care & Career Services supports families, children and adults with developmental disabilities by providing three key services to Denton, Collin and Dallas counties with three age-determined programs: Early Childhood Intervention, Child Development Enrichment Services, and Supported Employment Services.
