Clean Coppell
Purpose
Clean Coppell is Keep Coppell Beautiful's annual city-wide cleanup event. Clean Coppell is an annual spring event for community improvement projects and is celebrated at the annual Earthfest event. Clean Coppell is held in conjunction with Keep Texas Beautiful and TxDOT's Don't Mess with Texas Trash-Off and Keep America Beautiful's Great American Cleanup.
Volunteers are invited to participate in a litter cleanup, creek cleanup, Coppell Nature Park work or another beautification project. The City of Coppell and Keep Coppell Beautiful provides registered volunteers with cleanup supplies and t-shirts.
Clean Coppell 2013 (March 23-April 6)
It's time to pitch in to keep Coppell beautiful! Keep Coppell Beautiful encourages families, scout troups, schools, and other organizations to get involved beautifying their community by participating in Clean Coppell 2013. Volunteers are invited to do their part by cleaning up litter, cleaning creeks and waterways, or participating in the Coppell Nature Park's workday on March 23, or other beautification or improvement projects of their choosing.
Click here to register. Registration closes March 8 at noon. Registered volunteers receive a free t-shirt and Keep Coppell Beautiful will provide cleanup supplies, such as trash bags and gloves, to the volunteers.
Additionally, individuals are welcome to clean up litter in neighborhoods, public areas, or on walks in the park, please take a plastic bag and dispose of properly. Please help keep our community litter-free! Reports of illegal dumping can be entered in the online service request, click here.
